Fernando Miranda, RPT, CLT, SAP

Owner of Effective PT & Lead Physical Therapist

Fernando Miranda is the founder and CEO of Effective Physical Therapy and Wellness Center.

He has a bachelors degree in physical therapy, health sceince, and a masters degree in Acupunction and Oriental Medicine. He has focused on bridging the gap between western medicine and eastern medicine to offer his patients and clients the best both disciplines have to offer in terms of resolving physical, mental, and spiritual challenges. In the last 23 years+ Fernando has helped thousands of people in Palm Beach and beyond overcome some of the challenges in the following areas of focus: orthopedic, neurological, young and older athletes, children, and pelvic floor patients.

Fernando is a Landmark Education curiculum for living and Tony Robbins Mastery University graduate and crew member. Fernando loves to exercise, spend quality time with friends and family, read great books,

Rachel Eifert

Office/billing manager

Rachel E. has been part of our team at Effective Physical Therapy since 2018.

She manages the front desk and helps patients with anything from scheduling to payment questions or concerns, as well as administrative tasks.

Rachel graduated from Florida Atlantic University in December of 2022 with a bachelors degree on Health Science with a concentration in Behavioral and Mental Health and will very soon continue her education journey by persuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Naine Rocha, PTA

Naine graduated in 2019 from Keiser University and has been working at EPT since 2020. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA with a concentration in HealthCare Management at Westcliff University.

In addition, Naine is a clinical instructor for multiple PTA programs in south Florida. She specializes in orthopedics and strives to provide great quality of care and rehabilitation to her patients. Outside of work, Naine loves spending time with her friends and family, going to the beach, getting to know new places, and eating good food. Speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish!
